Yogurt with Fruit, Syrup, or Toppings
Plain yogurt is usually fine but add some things and many yogurts have more sugar than a twinkie!
Usually 3 teaspoons of sugar in every 4 oz. serving. No different than a Pop Tart. That’s not much sauce!
Fat Free Salad Dressing
Usually 2 teaspoons of sugar for each 2 tablespoon serving. Yikes! Do you use more than 2 tablespoons of dressing?
